Reiki Treatment

Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy that flows within and around us. This healing technique is traditionally passed from Master to Student by way of attunement to the energy so we may use this vital force for our health and well-being.
As one who receives a Reiki treatment, you will be fully clothed and in a seated or lying position. The treatment is expected to last for an hour. An extra 15 minutes will be alloted for discussion before and after the treatment. The Reiki practitioner will be laying hands above or gently on the body. Reiki (energy) flows to where it is most needed for healing and the receiver may feel warmth or a soothing sensation.
Reiki can complement but is not a substitute for medical treatments. It works by rebalancing, relaxing and rejuvenating the body and mind. Reiki is safe, simple and purely positive.
Sessions are held at the Ortigas and Alabang Studios subject to studio and teacher availability.
