Paul Dallaghan, founder and owner of Yoga Thailand, will help us end the year with a deeper understanding of the breath and its influence on the different aspects of our being from physical, emotional to pyschological. Paul will share his technical know-how and personal experiences on the intricate and undeniable relationship between the practice of yoga asanas or postures and the breath.

Yoga is applied to babies as an extension of baby massage, incorporating all the benefits of touch therapy, movement and rhythm as well as the stillness of deep relaxation. Classes cover techniques of breathing, relaxation and gentle yoga movements for mothers, fathers or caregivers, and their babies.

Bunny Tamesis, a certified baby/toddler/kids yoga instructor, will lead the kids 4- 11 years old in classes that combine yoga with fun activities that develop basic skills and vitality!
Bunny's method of teching kid's yoga puts together the following: basic practice of Hatha yoga + yoga games + stores + creative movement/thinking + relaxation/meditation.
Classes will be cancelled in all Studios to make way for the Paul Dallaghan workshop. Classes resume December 7, Tuesday evening.
Uncover the basics behind two essential practices in yoga - Pranayama and Asana practice.
Beginning the class with the foundation of breath creates a solid framework that shapes the Asana practice with each inhale and exhale connecting pose after pose.

This 1-hour class will be conducted by Bahay Dalangin Sangha. There will be one sitting of 25 minutes followed by a short discussion.
We highly recommend that first-timers come at least 15 minutes before the class to learn the basic techniques of meditation.
